Lease Structure – Lease is structured on a Modified Gross basis; where Landlord is responsible for roof, slab, exterior walls, structural components of building, property taxes and insurance. Tenant is responsible for all other maintenance items directly.

Landlord Expenses – Landlord pays $2,553 in taxes annually and $1,643 in insurance annually.
