Rate – Current Base Rent is $3,500 per month

Lease Structure – Landlord is not responsible for any maintenance. Tenant is responsible for property taxes, property insurance, and all maintenance items directly.

Renewal Options – Tenant has an option to renew for 1 additional term for 2 years. Base Monthly Rent will be increased to $3,750 per month.

Rate – Current Base Rent is $1,100 per month

Lease Structure – Lease is structured on an Industrial Gross basis;  Landlord is responsible for roof, slab, exterior walls, structural components of the building, grounds maintenance, parking areas and walks, HVAC system replacement, water and sewer utilities, property taxes, and insurance. Tenant is responsible for all other utilities and maintenance items directly.
